Day 01 : Abroad- Mumbai
Mumbai and transfer to Hotel Taj Mahal . Afternoon city tour of Mumbai.
Day 02 : Mumbai - Bhuj
Morning flight to Bhuj where
you stay three nights at the Hotel Prince.
Day 03 : Bhuj
Full day excursion to some Banni villages in the Kutch area which
are a riot of colours.
Day 04 : Bhuj
Bhuj, visiting the beautifully preserved palace complex and the Aina
Mahal ( now a museum), the gaily painted Swaminarayan Temple, the Kutch
Museum and the delicately proportioned Sharad Bagh Palace.

Day 05 : Bhuj - Gondal (275 Kms)
the former princely state of Wankaner to the Ranjit Vilas Palace. Here
you will have lunch. Later proceed to Gondal where you stay for two
nights at the riverside Palace.
Day 06 : Gondal
Morning visit to the cattle breeding and
stud farm and the Ayurvedic Pith centre. In the afternoon see the
Naulakha Palace and museum.
07 : Gondal- Gir (130 Kms)
Morning drive to Junagarh where you
visit the Old Fort. Continue to Gir National Park and spend two nights
at the Gir Forest Lodge.
Day 08 : Game viewing
Early morning and afternoon game viewing. The Gir National Park is a
habitat for the Asiatic lion as well as loepard, Jungle cat, sambar,
cheetah and wild boar.
Day 09 : Gir- Bhavnagar (311 Kms)
Drive to Bhavnagar, en route visiting the Shaking minarets at Dhalwara.
Bhav nagar is on the coast overlooking the Arabian Sea and you will stay
two nights at Nilambagh Palace.
Day 10 : Palitana
Early morning drive to Palitana , where hundreds of temples can be seen
on the sacred Shetrunjay Hill. Return in the afternoon to Bhavnagar.
Day 11 : Bhavnagar- Utelia (230 Kms)
drive to the small fortifield village of Utelia and stay overnight at
the Palace Utelia. In the afternoon , there will be an opportunity to
visit the Velavadar National Park, a habitat for many species including
the endangered Indian Grey Wolf , Jungle Cat and desert hare.
Day 12 : Utelia - Ahmedabad (78 Kms)
Morning drive to
Ahmedabad where you stay for two nights at the Trident. Afternoon tour
of this vibrant city founded in 1411 by Ahmed Shah.
13 : Modhera
Full visit to Modhera , where you will see the
11th Century Sun temple.
Day 14 : Ahmedabad - Dungarpur
Morning drive to Dungarpur ,a small town nestling in
the Aravalli Hills. Stay one night at the 19th Centruy Udai Bilas

Day 15 : Dungarpur - Udaipur (120 Kms.)
to Udaipur, on arrival stay at Hotel Lake Palace/ Hotel shiv Niwas
Palace for one night. Afternoon visit to the City Palace, Lovely
Sahelion Ki Bari and Jagdish temple.
Day 16 : Udaipur -
Mumbai - Aurangabad
Flight to Mumbai. Transfer to Hotel Taj
Mahal for lunch. Afternoon board flight to Aurangabad. On arrival stay
at Hotel Taj Residency for two nights.
17 : Ellora
Excursion to the caves at Ellora which represent
three faiths; Buddhist , Hindu and Jain. A most splendid example of
Hindu architecture, the Kailasa Temple is meant to be a replica of Lord
Shiva's celestial abode. Kailasa.
Day 18 : Ajanta -
Visit the Ajanta Caves, dating back to the 2nd Century
B.C., and adorned with sculpture and wall paintings, portraying
ecclesiastical and secular life through eight centuries.
Afternoon flight to Mumbai and transfer to Hotel Taj Mahal until your
departure late evening.
Day 19 : Mumbai - Abroad
Early morning flight to next destination.
